1. Return Eligibility

 

We accept returns for most items under the following conditions: • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. • Proof of Purchase: You’ll need your order confirmation email or receipt. Non-Returnable Items: • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at purchase). • Personalized or custom-made products. • Gift cards.

 

2. How to Return an Item

Get Approval: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. 3. Ship It Back: Package the item securely, include the RMA number, and send it to Brother Shuckers Merchandise, 7D Greenwood Dr. #3, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 within 14 days of receiving your RMA. o Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), you’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

 

3. Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return: • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days of receipt. • Refund Method: We’ll credit your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

 

4. Exchanges

 

• Want a different size, color, or item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange (subject to availability). • You’ll cover shipping costs for the return, and we’ll ship the replacement at no additional charge (U.S. only). For orders shipped outside the U.S.: • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, following the same eligibility rules. • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs/duties fees. We recommend marking the package as a “return” to avoid additional charges. • Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
